After 9 years in the Royal Australian Air Force, Daryl entered the Real Estate Industry in 1986. In a career spanning 22 years he has sold thousands of properties and is recognised as being one of the top 1% of Real Estate Agents in the World.
A sought after speaker on all things Real Estate, Daryl has spoken at numerous major international sales conventions throughout the United States, Canada, Hawaii and Mexico. Yet when you meet Daryl you will find him quite unassuming, maybe even a little uncomfortable with all the awards and accolades he has received both from his peers and the industry.
With his international sales experience and knowledge, Daryl has a deep understanding of the Real Estate Industry. Some of his marketing techniques at first seem unconventional, but the results speak for themselves.
Although a world traveller, Daryl is still as close to a local as you can get (Unless you were born here). He originally started surfing on the coast in the late 70's and fell in love with the lifestyle and the people.
Daryl now enjoys the coast with his wife Kim (co-principal of RE/MAX Property Specialists), their two daughters (Cameron, 10 and Taylor 4), and their dog, an Australian Shepherd named "Noosa". An avid outdoors man and a self confessed "fitness freak", Daryl enjoys surfing, kite surfing, running, swimming, cycling, and going to the gym.
